RADIO HISTORY
present Inflight radio presenter on Singapore Airlines.
Presenter on RSL radio stations.
Attended the Radio School courses (resulting in full certifications), which led to working with Bruno Brookes doing overnights, weekends and breakfast shows on NBC, based in Newbury (1988).
Guest DJ at top London Nightclubs including Roadhouse Covent Garden and Hippodrome.
Plays a range of music and theme nights from the 60s through to 90s; old skool, r’n’b and soul.
Won the Capital Radio ‘Search for a Star’ competition out of 160 local DJs, held over a three-week period.
Joined Capital Radio full time in August 1998, as presenter inside the Leicester Square and Finchley Road Radio Cafes.
Signed by Capital Gold to present late night show, with a mix of 50s & 60s music and quizzes.
Presents Capital Radio outside broadcasts, live events and holds a regular PA at The Roadhouse, Covent Garden on Saturday nights. Dean has also hosted various award ceremonies including the UK Advertising Awards, The World Bar Flair Championships and 2007 was guest DJ for Gold at the 2007 London Press Archant Ball.

As a child actor, Dean appeared in a number of television adverts including The Milky Bar Kid, Kellogg’s Cornflakes, The Times Newspaper, ‘Ghost Castle’ (MB Games), ‘Connect 4’ (MB Games), an Italian drink commercial, Guardian Newspaper and the Mothercare catalogue. He also appeared in Grange Hill for two years playing ‘Joe’, took part in a history video for the BBC with snooker professional Steve Davis and has performed in the West End.
