Bio

Clare trained as a Chartered Surveyor and then worked for eight years at Senior Management level in the residential property industry for Galliard Homes, where she developed extensive knowledge and experience in both commercial and residential site acquisition, project viabilities, financing and launch marketing. Work at Galliard involved coordinating sales and marketing of developments country-wide such as County Hall and Burrell’s Wharf in London and others in Liverpool, Andover, Dorset, Cardiff, Swansea, Gosport and Plymouth. Clare produced, directed and presented a range of corporate videos for Galliard launches and was regularly interviewed by local and national news channels. An experienced Company Director she was also Founder and Director of No Legwork plc funded by Elderstreet Venture Capital in April 2001. After leaving No Legwork Clare went on to found Property Refurbishement Brokerage and Chibiabos Limited, a web development and design company with International clients such as clothing retailer, Kangol and the Canadian Government.
