Michael is an enthusiastic, young presenter who has made regular appearances on BBC1, BBC2, Eurosport and The CBBC Channel, since starting in February 2002. He particularly thrives in live television and gained invaluable experience presenting live studio links on CBBC. During this time, he was able to broaden his skills to include commentary, voice over and outside broadcasts. He also has radio broadcasting experience with BBC7.

45min stage presentation to 300 members of the world’s press in Valencia. This included interviews with key Adidas/Samsung personnel, an hour long press conference with José Mourinho and hosting afternoon conference with a further five specialist speakers.

INTERESTS
Michael loves playing sport, in particular cricket, golf, hockey, football, rugby, skiing, squash and tennis. He has been fortunate enough to sample more extreme sports, like bungee jumping, scuba-diving, sky-diving, wakeboarding and white water rafting. His other interest is travelling and so far, Abs has visited approximately 60 countries, including backpacking in Australia, Morocco and Zimbabwe, sailing around the British Virgin and driving through Europe.
Michael is involved in charity work and regularly plays golf for SPARKS in their fundraiser. He is a patron for THE BRITISH HEART FOUNDATION and THE NEONATAL UNIT at St. Georges Hospital. His biggest achievement to date was running The London Marathon for THE CHILDREN’S TRUST in 2003, he finished the course in 3hrs 30mins, raising over £2500 in the process.
He made his first appearance in panto playing Wishee Washee in 'Aladdin' at the Festival Theatre, Malvern from December 08 - January 08.
Michael attended Millfield School where he achieved 4 A levels in French, Geography, Theatre Studies and General Studies.
